A family, rooted in the Caribbean

We are a family-run Caribbean fusion food trailer, rooted in Barbadian and wider Caribbean heritage, and built on a shared love of cooking and bringing people together through food.

Our food is inspired by Caribbean flavours and home cooking, developed into a modern street food style focused on bold seasoning, fresh ingredients and vibrant flavour combinations. We create menus designed for events and celebrations — from weddings and private parties to festivals and corporate catering — always focused on flavour, quality and consistency.

Alongside our food heritage, we bring experience from professional kitchens and commercial recipe development, which influences our approach to preparation, detail and presentation. Our aim is simple: to serve well-made, memorable food that brings energy and flavour to every event we cater for.
